Our St Vernier is perfect for both cheese lovers and cheese amateurs. Its smooth taste relies on the Sauvignon wine used to wash the rind, giving its unordinary flavour. Extremely rich and soft; it has a delicate sherry-like flavour and when you cut the cheese it is so creamy and soft, it'll run off your cracker if you're not careful !
