Pont l’Eveque AOP

The Pont l’Eveque is a strong and morged cheese. As it ages, the colour of its rind varies and goes from a light yellow to a dark orange. The
distinguishable flavours are rather nutty and salty, there is a clear hazelnut touch in this sublte square cheese. (220g)
