For 4 generations, a range of PDO Goat Cheeses has developed. Fromagerie Pierre Jacquin & Fils is located in Indre near Selles-sur-Cher, producer and refiner of goat cheeses for almost 70 years. Their history begins in 1947 the herds of goats are numerous in this region, the activity takes place in the family farm which is located near Valençay in a small hamlet of 500 souls which is called Champcol.
